Harare – Flamboyant and controversial Zimbabwe businessman Wicknell Chivayo on Saturday showed off his latest car a US$1.3 million 2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series 2 facelift.
”A total of 1,3 million USD well spent …2025 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series 2 Facelift… Talk is cheap…💰💸💰🎊🎉🕺🕺🕺,” Chivayo boasted on his social media accounts.
On it’s website Rolls-Royce described the car as a marvel.
”A powerful presence with endless capabilities, Cullinan Series II belongs to the invincible,” Rolls-Royce says on its website.
This week Chivayo met with Mozambique President Daniel Chapo and Malawi’s Lazarus Chakwera.
The businessman has also met Tanzanian and Kenyan presidents in their respective countries where red carpet was rolled for him.
His meetings with the African leaders are to explore business opportunities, he said on social media.
Chivayo is close to Zimbabwe President Emmerson Mnangagwa and can meet the veteran ruler at his will.
The multi-millionaire was once convicted and served time in Zimbabwe prison on fraud charges.
In recent years Chivayo has been donating vehicles and cash worth millions of dollars to whoever he wishes to give.
He splashes cash in bulk in pictures on his social media accounts saying he is aiming at becoming a billionaire in US dollar terms in his lifetime.
He also purchased a private jet that he uses to travel across the globe.
Chivayo’s source of funds is still kept a secret but investigative journalists have revealed that he got millions dollars from a South African company that was fronting him to supply voting materials to the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC).
