Ruwa, Harare – Prominent Zimbabwe businessman Joseph Mutangadura who was popularly known as ‘Mutangaz’ was shot dead by armed robbers at his Lisheen farmhouse in Ruwa early Monday morning.
Mutangadura who owned Lisheen farm, Mutangadura Hideout and several butcheries was killed at his Lisheen farmhouse last night.
Zimbabwe police said they will issue a statement later in the day.
Shocked relatives and friends of Mutangadura woke up on Monday to the tragic news of the passing of the businessman, cattle rancher and farmer.
Several people wrote condolences messages to the Mutangadura family in social media.
Armed robberies have been on the rise in Zimbabwe in recent years.
