Alaska, US – US President Donald Trump and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin met in Alaska to find ways to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky did not attend the meeting despite his country at war with Russia.
Trump and Putin exchanged warm greetings when they met Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska.

The high stakes meeting could result in ending the Russia – Ukraine war which started in 2022 when Moscow invaded Ukraine.
