Harare – Zimbabwe’s largest mobile telephone network, Econet on Sunday apologized to it’s customers for poor internet connectivity experienced from Friday into the weekend.
”We apologize for the Data challenges you may have experienced. Normal service has since been restored. Any inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted,” Econet said in a statement.
Econet took two days to fix intermittent internet troubles that were experienced by its customers.
The mobile giant which has Xxx customers across Zimbabwe did not give details on what is transpiring or when the customers could have normal services.
Econet is owned by Strive Masiyiwa and the network is the biggest in the country followed by Net-One and Telecel.
