Harare – Botswana President Duma Boko will officially open this year’s Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF), the government has said.
”The 2026 Trade Fair will run under the theme “Connected Economies,
Competitive Industries,” and is expected to be officially opened on the
23rd April, 2026 by His Excellency Advocate Duma Gedion Boko, President
of the Republic of Botswana,” the Zimbabwe government said.
”This year’s ZITF theme underscores the
significance of regional trade, cross border collaboration, and promotion of
resilient supply chains in line with the aspirations of the African Continental
Free Trade Area.”
The ZITF will run from 20 to 25 April in Bulawayo.
At least 520 exhibitors will take part at the fair, up from 486 that participated last year.
