Harare – The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) has announced on Monday that third party electricity payments are down.
”Please be advised that all third-party vending platforms including mobile money platforms, banking apps, supermarket Point of Sale (POS) systems, and all online channels are currently unavailable for token purchases,” ZEDTC said.
”While our technical teams work tirelessly to restore full service, customers are advised that they can purchase electricity tokens by visiting their nearest ZETDC banking hall.”
